Bike Rides to The North Shore & Lanaudière

This is the Lite versions of these documents. The original, personal versions of these accounts include much material, photos, maps, websites, etc., taken from other people's sources. These have, for the most part, been removed from the copies cited below. In some cases, this may result in strange textual references (Such as: As you can see in the map above...)

I have only made a few rides in the direction of the North Shore, Terrebonne, and Lanaudière. Except for my early ride to Rawdon in 1974, which was my first outside the city area, and briefly passing along the river on my way to Quebec City in 1990, this has remained an unknown corner. Much of it was not even explored by car before I turned my bicycle in that direction beginning in 2001. There is still much to see.
